Still has not arrived after waiting a week. Contacted the company to ask for an update and have no recieved an update… I paid for postage on this item and no one has sent it out or got back to me. Wasn’t going to leave a bad review but again I’ve had no contact after buying this and paying for postage. Not great if you ask me
I saw an ad on instagram for a mini sample bundle from the company where I just paid the postage of £2.95. I don't usually mind paying a postage cost to try out new products but have to say I wasn't overly impressed by the company. Not only did I have to message them on here to chase up despatch as they hadn't despatched after the end of the estimated delivery date and were not answering messages on their website but then this little package was sent out 2nd class small letter (usual cost 91p) so feel slightly upset that they were charging £2.95 "just to cover postage cost" Then when it did arrive the oil in the mini bottle had leaked as well so there was none in it to try - I have a picture of this in it’s sealed packet if the company would like to see it. (Probably because it was just sent out in a regular envelope and not a padded one). I haven't even tried the remaining 2 samples yet as one it is just too hot to function but two I just feel very underwhelmed by by the company. Slightly gutted TBH as really thought these might have been products worth looking into purchasing if they did what they claimed to do but honestly not sure l would trust the company unfortunately. The 2 sachets have just been put away in a cupboard until I eventually find them again and decide to try them.

Terrible customer service, says pay for delivery which I did then when the item arrived I had to pay again, questionable principle about the company and wouldn’t want to buy the actual full size to have to pay double again
I had to pay double for postage and tried contacting the page and never got a reply or clarification why.
As a sensitive skin girl who has eczema this body oil is EVERYTHING it does not break me out atall. I will buy this product over and over and over again. Well done SKNTONE ! Never change the formula
I use this anytime I’ve waxed and it really works! Had the oil since Feb 2024 and wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review but I actually love this product. It reduces my inflammation and itchiness which I get a lot post-waxing due to ingrown hairs (I have Afro hair texture) and it works wonders. It’s been weeks since I’ve waxed and no ingrown hairs or itchiness. Couldn’t recommend this product enough. And it smells good so that’s a bonus!!
